Just wanted to share something with the investing community. I am in the process of getting a couple of deals completed WITHOUT the need for the transactional funding of 2%, and I think I should share this idea. This could produce a lot of extra revenue on your deals. I know that there are a lot of people that explain about using the Option Contract and having to use the the transactional funding (most probably they are pushing it for a reason) this idea could work for you or maybe not, but I would like to share it with you guys before you use the Option Contract and the transactional funding, plus I can show proof that I went from A to C with no B in between. Once again this is just another way to flip houses.
