Bye-bye Zillow?

I got an email this morning from Cory Boatright (EasyHUD forum moderator and Short Sale expert) that has a killer resource for Real Estate Investors. Most of us have used Zillow in to help us perform some basic due diligence on properties but the common complaint is that Zillow isn’t terribly accurate … but hey, what other options did we have?

Now, Cory has shared a resource that has helped his team and it looks like it provides waaaaay better comps. Read all about it at Cory’s Blog!
