Should Be a Fun Fall

How about a little perspective on our where we are in the current market cycle? I heard a Wall Street type mention this video while I was at the Real Estate Connect event in NYC last week. PLEASE watch this – it will help you get some perspective on what we are heading for and give you a "head start" on preparing for what’s coming for:

We Need YOU for a Wall Street Journal Article!

I am fortunate enought to call Jack Sternberg a good friend. If you’ve never heard of Jack, let it suffice
to say he is a REI Rockstar … this guy has been at this business for over 30 years and there isn’t a scenario
he can’t solve. As a result of his expertise, he gets targeted by national media from time to time to address
Real Estate related news and this time it is the WSJ that has come calling for his words of wisdom.

But Jack is missing ONE thing for his story – An interview with YOU!

Here is what they told him he needs:

"I am looking for individuals who are unloading their "mini portfolios" of property. But what I really need
are small-time residential real estate investors who are working on shedding residential investment property
or on handling the downturn. I want to get a group of, say, five such investors and talk about their mistakes,
options, the whole emotional process of failure (due to miscalculation, naivete, plain old greed, or just bad
timing) and rebuilding…. Perhaps there are some EasyHUD students who might be willing to share a story of
rebuilding from scratch after making a mess in the current environment? — but the primary goal for me is locating
some willing-to-talk investors who have some pending doom on their hands…"

If this sounds like you, email Jack at story@EasyHUD.com ASAP since the deadline for the story is tomorrow (Friday).
