Hi Charles and Chris,
I live in New York in the suburb of Queens. I am 46 years old, married with three children. I have been learning about real estate for about 4 years now, however I have never done a deal as yet. Until recently I worked on Wall Steet for an investement bank specializing in retirement analysis. I was alway fascinated with real estate and decided to work as a mortgage broker while persuing real estate part-time. I am not sure if I qualify, however I am very disciplined, I already am persuing full time investing working from my home office. I am also a hard worker and very teachable. I love travelling and hanging out with my family every chance we get. If you are looking for someone you can train and is dedicated to excellence, I believe I would fit the requierements.
Thanks you in advance for any opportunity God Bless!

I’m a real estate broker in central Illinois. I’m retired from a factory job. I’ve been buying & renting sience the late 1970’s. I only buy cheap ones. Realtors would never call on the cheap ones ( low commission ) so I became a Realtor just to serve myself. I would have time & would like to hear more.

Hi Chris,
I would love to join your team,
started in 2005 as a Real Estate Investor took several courses, Dwan Bent-Twyford on Wholesaling and Shortsale, Bill Twyford: Secrets of closing the Deal, Larry Goins: Ultimate Buying & Selling Machine, Albert Lowry,
Wendy Patton + Justyn Ryan Pre-construction, attended a lot of seminars etc. I bought some single Family, rehabbed and sold them, did some assigments, bought some pre-construction. Everything came to a stopp, when I had a car accident in June 2006 from this resulted a Lawsuite, which put me on hold until November 2007.This year 2008 I starded again, but the market has dramaticaly changed. I am attending my REIA meetings and do a lot of research in my local market.
Thanks a lot for considering me
Gunther

Ok Chris and Charles, you guys are done looking for the new team member. Im ready to go coach, PUT ME IN!!!
I have been working from home in the areas of Direct Sales and Real Estate Investing for a few years now. My phone skills are excellent, negotiating skills are well rounded and I have experience with Buyers, Sellers, Contractors and RE Brokers. As far as deal structuring I have dealt with Lease Options, Rehabs, Sub2, Luxury Homes and Multi Family/Apartments. Oh yeah, and a little wholesaling too.
I have worked on my own portfolio as well as as a project manager/consultant for other investors and their projects/portfolios. I am use to working independently from a home office(been doing it for quite some time) but military experience taught me to function as a part of a team (and as the team leader when necessary). I have attended the first VIS and have been thru Chris Chico’s Virtual Wholesaling Course. And Chris, if you want to have a little competition for the position on the team, I’ll roll/grapple with you or any of the other applicants for the position.
If you have detailed questions before we get started just email or call.
PS. I am available to attend any and all trainings/workshops available nationwide.

I’m an active real estate broker and investor who works the Contra Costa Area in northern California. I believe i can contribute not only because of my experience but because I can communicate on all levels. my business partner and co-founder of The Midwest Property Exchange, Randy Carter and myself, would seriously be interested in working together with your company here in the Chicagoland area. Since we have purchased Chris Chico’s virtual realestate program, and truly believe in the same philosophy, needless to say, I feel this would be a great opportunity and a mutual benefit to both parties. Please let me know so that we are able to explore this matter further.
Sincerely,
Dave Siatta

Very interested in joining your team…how do I get started in chicago (cook county)?
April 17th, 2008 at 8:25 am
I am interested. I am a real estate investor, RE Agent, Loan officer and I specialize in short sale, REO and foreclosure properties across the US, both 1 at a time and in bulk.
At the moment, I am offering investors; as little as $499 down can buy an Orlando Florida property with positive cash flow, priced below market. Buyer or investor must have a 680 or better score and be able to show 6 months payments in a reserve acount, which can be a 401K, IRA, CD or other source of funds. Lender states that they will approve all buyers with this minimum qualification.
Developer will cover HOA fees for two years, plus guarantee mortgage payment for two years. Developer is offering up to 20% of purchase price incentives to end buyer. A property management firm will handle repairs, maintenance, and renting out unit.
These condos can be purchased internationally as well from any investor in any country.
BUY WHOLESALE AND IN BULK.
I am working with wholesalers across the world. On a bulk purchase basis, my commission is 1% and the professional brokers, agents and investment club representatives I work with get the rest of the commission, which is 4%. I also offer these units individually through other RE agents and split the commission 50/50 if purchased one at a time through other agents from different RE companies.
This Orlando condo is located close to major attractions, and has new World Trade Center breaking ground, is also rated as baby boomer high demand location for future retirees… Limit on this specific project is 100 condos, it has 90% occupancy. Prices range from 150K to 250K depending on unit.
I will reimburse the $499 downpayment after closing for full commission purchase through me. Or I will pay for the fees on a free vacation coupon I provide, effectively making this a potential 0 down vacation property, positive cash flow investment and income property (it can be rented).
Buy an investment property and go on a Hawaii or Florida vacation on me.
Contact me through my website to get more details.
Hurry, this will not last. The last time we offered a project like this, 89 units sold in two days and almost all of them closed.
