Foreclosure Training at it’s FINEST!

WOW.

My head is about to explode from all of the GREAT Pre-Foreclosure and Short Sale strategies I picked up this weekend in Naples, FL at Angie, Ryan and Claude’s Financial Health Coach training. As usual, the room was packed full (they actually sold out a few weeks in advance) and many of the attendees were members of the EasyHUD community. I had a chance to meet several of you and was surprised that so many of you were eager to hear how the Virtual Real EstateInvesting seminar went. For those of you who missed it, stay tuned for a pretty big surprise related to the VRE
strategies that were taught at my seminar.

Anyway, back to the training in Naples …

For those of you who are just getting started in this niche and for those of you who are already Short Sale pros, Angie, Ruan and Claude’s event is probably the ONLY Pre-Foreclosure seminar you need to attend. Seriously. Besides Jack Sternberg, there aren’t many folks who know as much about the industry as Claude and he literally spent hours and hours teaching one insider tip after another. And as usual, Angie did an AWESOME job sharing the exit strategies that are working extremely well in markets around the country now (hint, you should study up on the "5 day sale"). And Ryan plugged everyone into his auto-pilot marketing processes that are simple to set up, cheap to use and deadly effective. If I wasn’t sworn to secrecy (literally) I would love to share them all with you right now. But it looks like short of going to their next event in Naples in January, the only way you can hear this info is to QUICKLY take advantage of their generous offer for EasyHUD members at:

www.ExclusiveEasyHUDOffer.com <– GO HERE NOW

I hope to see you in Naples next time, but either way you should DEFINITELY take advantage of the generous offer and learn exactly how these guys are knockin it out of the park!

A Niche You Ain’t Never Heard of!

Highlights from the Virtual Investing Seminar

If you’ve been following my posts recently (you really should!) then you may be aware that we just got through with the FIRST Virtual Investing Seminar and it was a HUGE success. There was too much content to share all of it, but over the next week or so I am going to send some “highlights” emails. I truly believe we made a breakthrough last weekend.

***********************************
Chpt 1. Cris Chico voted Virtual Investor of the Year!

To encourage the experts to give the best content they had, I surprised them last minute with a challenge:

Best presentation wins the title and we will donate 10% of the proceeds of the event to the charity of their choosing.

Man, those speakers came out and rocked! Everyone there knew it and got a real treat. EVERY speaker got votes!

But one speaker really blew the entire crowd away:
Cris Chico - Virtual Investor of the Year!

Not familiar with Cris? No worries - you can find out all about a totally overlooked niche in real estate that has allowed him to net over $1.2mil in the past 24 months.

LISTEN to a session he taught recently:
http://www.absenteeownerprofits.com/easyhud

Over 1000 EasyHUD members have already heard Cris’s message and LOVED it. I HIGHLY recommend anything that this guy tells you to do. I’m actually building my own virtual real estate business around his model. He’s GOOD!

Cris’s talk at the seminar focused on how an investor breaks into “virtual” investing, so that was very helpful for the attendees who haven’t yet done a virtual deal.

He also talked about how he determines which markets are best suited for doing virtual wholesaling. The best part of both of his presentations was how detailed his presentation was. We all know that we’re really in the marketing business, but marketing only works if you TRACK your results and Cris gave us plenty of real stats and NO FLUFF.

P.S. I can’t express it enough - Cris Chico is kickin BUTT. If you are serious about your success in this business, you need to visit www.absenteeownerprofits.com/easyhud.

The FUTURE of Real Estate Marketing is HERE!

I think it is clear to all of us - those investors who are leveraging technology in a smart way are getting better results and making more money than those who aren’t. And the sooner YOU start using these same technologies in your business, the better your chances for sucess in the future.

**********************************
Chpt 2 - Dominating Local Search

Did you know that you could DOMINATE your market for as little as a couple of grand each month? One of the biggest take aways from the entire Virtual Real Estate Investing event was from RehabList president Mike Collins.

Mike and Bruce (his PPC guy) got on stage and showed us how we could DOMINATE the real estate related search engine traffic for LESS than it would cost you to run 1 billboard! They call it “Internet Bandit Signs”, but it’s much more powerful than the name implies. And I can GUARANTEE your competition has no clue about this ad strategy!

Mike and Bruce are the only people in the country who are talking about this stuff! You should really watch the videos they created to see how EASY it is for you to start implement local search as a major part of your real estate marketing to buy or sell.
I left the event with his new DVD series, popped in the firts disc and before it was finished I had a clear idea of EXACTLY what i needed to do in order to take over the real estate related search terms for the markets I work. Believe me, this stuff is EASY … but because no one has really caught on to this strategy it leaves you with practically NO competition in the search engines! See what I mean:

In a coming "chapter" of highlights from the Virtual Investing Seminar I will share with you a little nugget that was given to us from an attendee that had ALL of the experts flabbergasted. Andy Proper was the guy's name and how he builds a team of lead generators was so simple yet so powerful we couldn't believe that no one had thought of it sooner ... STAY TUNED!

An Exit Strategy I KNOW You Aren’t Using (and Highlights from VIS)

***********************
Chpt 3:
Tim Mai & The 1-Hr Workweek for Pre-Foreclosure Investors

Tim Mai & Chris Daigle at Virtual Investing Seminar 1
Tim Mai & Chris Daigle at Virtual Investing Seminar 1

Shortly before the Virtual Investing Seminar, I received an urgent email from a very successful investor out of Houston and although we were close to capacity for the training, he begged me to let him attend. To make sure he was the right type of person to be at the event, I called him up to “screen” him a little. Well, neither of us could have anticipated what happened next - I ended up INVITING him TO SPEAK!

His name is Tim Mai and Tim had trained his “army” of 14 virtual assistants to handle almost EVERY portion of his wholesaling business. He even mentioned that he hasn’t talked to a buyer or seller for his wholesale deals in almost 3 YEARS! How’s that for automating your business? As a matter of fact, he runs 3 successful businesses with only 1 hour of involvement per week!
And he said the entire secret was having his processes clearly defined so that he just hands the task off to someone who follows Tim’s instructions on how to carry out a task. Now don’t discouraged if it sounds like a lot of work to get to where he is. Remember, all you have to do is buy someone else’s system and piggyback off of what they have already done. Heck, when I got
started outsourcing some of my Real Estate related tasks I pulled out Larry Goins’ Ultimate Buying Machine and told my virtual assistants to do exactly what Larry was instructing me to do. Remember, we are looking at ways to work SMARTER so always find a way to leverage the efforts of others. Now, on to the EXIT STRATEGY:

Tim has set up a website where you can find PRE-PRE-Foreclosure leads and deals, as well as post your Pre-Foreclosure flips to other investors. His site is getting TONS of traffic and the investors who are using his site are moving inventory! If you aren’t using his site already, he has allowed EVERYONE in the EasyHUD community to use his service for 60 days for F/REE:

www.hotbargainproperties.com/easyhud <--GO HERE NOW

All you have to do is use the link above to try Tim's service out. I am signing up this week before I head to Naples, so look for me on there! Now go close some deals!
